Fun Fact
The Day Your Birthday Falls On???
October 20th
Something I’ve always wondered about is that when you have a birthday,
Birthday Cake
people will say that you share the same birthday with such-and-such-a-person, usually of some well known or celebrity status, but how does that really work with international date lines?
You might be born on the 20th of October for example, and on the other side of the world somebody else is born the next day, but because of the dateline, they are also noted down as being born on the 20th of October even though they may be an entire day behind you.
So if you were to work out who was born on the same day as yourself, would you just consider anybody born on that date according to their birth certificate to be born on the same day as you, or would you compensate for the time difference and say that maybe the people born on October the 19th on the other side of the world are born at the same time as you instead. Or maybe some people even add them together - just to make it a little more confusing?
Here is a list of people born today on the 20th of October.
Sir Christopher Wren, 1632 – Architect, mathematician and astronomer. Wren designed 53 London churches, including St. Paul's Cathedral and his scientific work was highly regarded by Sir Isaac Newton and Blaise Pascal.

But seeing as all of the above were born on the other side of the international date line, does it mean that this list below is really who was born on my birthday??? (OK, I confess, that’s where the sudden interest to compile it into a blog came from) And that I should discredit the list above?
Or does that just confuse the issue more because technically they’re listed down as being born on the 19th of October although I could very well have been born at the exact moment of one of these?
